At St. Louis Pain Center, we are dedicated healthcare professionals determined to provide you with the excellent care you need. That mission is simple to state but harder to deliver consistently in a healthcare environment that often prioritizes volume over depth.

STL Pain Center was founded to fill a gap in South St. Louis County's pain management landscape. The gap was not in procedures or services. It was in time, attention, and the kind of individualized care that gets patients real results.

We see patients from Oakville, Mehlville, Fenton, Arnold, Crestwood, St. Louis Hills, and throughout South County. We are located on Telegraph Road, minutes from SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital and accessible from all the neighborhoods we serve. Our hours are Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm.

Our approach is non-surgical by design. We believe the body has substantial healing capacity, and our role is to support and amplify that capacity using the best available regenerative and neurological treatment approaches: neuropathy treatment, neuromodulation technique, PRP therapy, hyaluronic acid injections, regenerative therapy, and Medical Weight Loss.

Dr. Andrew Morningstar, DC — Owner / Chiropractor

Dr. Morningstar founded STL Pain Center with the belief that South County patients deserve more than brief appointments and prescription-first care. He oversees all clinical protocols at the practice and is the primary physician for new patient evaluations. Dr. Morningstar's expertise in pain management and regenerative approaches allows STL Pain Center to provide coordinated care across the practice's full service range.

His areas of focus include pain management, chiropractic care, and regenerative medicine.

Anissa Wheeler, PT — Physical Therapist

Anissa Wheeler is the reason our knee patients consistently report exceptional outcomes. She manages the hyaluronic acid injection program and works closely with patients through their full treatment series.
